When I decided to move to San Diego from the Bay Area, Maggie was the first realtor I thought of, given the positive personal and professional interactions my friends and acquaintances in the San Diego area had with her. I was on a tight timeline, and Maggie accommodated me to the fullest. She was tireless in her research on every available property that met my criteria, and she escorted me to probably 20 houses in 2 afternoons. She had several homes lined up in one day and we were able to make sure we used our time efficiently, she also had print outs of the information for each home that we could use to take notes and help organize our thoughts on each place to better remember which house was which.Selling our home:-She has a great grasp on the market and advertising.She built up momentum and interest in the property prior to the sell and we ended up getting several offers above list price!-She helped with staging and photos to ensure our home looked professional and showed off it's best attributes. She took the time to note all the upgrades and any improvements we made so we would get top dollar and ensured the listing information was accurate.-She checked on our home after we left the country prior to the sell and was there every step of the way.What are you waiting on? Maggie is on top of her real-estate game. Her experience is her strongest point; she has clearly made many closing and uses her amazing toolbox of previous transactions and documentation aptitude. Maggie Clemens is an elite real estate agent. The best of the best. She is very knowledgeable in real estate and the areas that she services. She is very responsive to any questions you may have either by email or by phone. She works very hard to make sure your transactions go smoothly. During a slowing home sales market she was able to get our house sold faster than those on the market. During our subsequent home purchase she went out of her way to personally check up on the seller's progress in keeping up with the terms of the purchase agreement.
